I told her what needed to be done if she didn't want the leaking.? We did not do anything to her home to cause the leaking.? I went over there to redo the chimney twice to double check my own work.? I told her it was the cap on there.? At one point I put a liquid form sealant on there, it didn't leak anymore, and she insists that I did something to cause the problem.? I have never called her.? The only times I've communicated with her is after she calls me.? I will no longer contact her

I did a roof for her a year ago. She called me a billion times about minselaneous stuff. She was supposed to give me money, but she never gave me any money for this work. I continued to help her out by doing small jobs and favors for...

her. I do not even have a contract with her. I do not get this, and I do not know why she would do this. I spoke to her back in April and she called me saying something about a bird in her attic and I went there to try to chase the bird out. I asked her to give me $60-$70 to chase the bird out but that was it. I never even billed her for the other visits. She has never given me any money for the interior work that needs to be done. I have been over there a number of times to fool with this bird issue. I can give her the $60-70 back, I do not even know why she is calling. I really don't owe her this because we did the work by getting the bird out and screens. I am going to give her a call about this.
