When Complainant talked to the supervisor on friday 4/15/2016, he asked to be taken out of our system at which time he was removed...However when we get our information updated from the state contractors registry if he still has his information publicized with them then his information will end up
back in our system...as of this moment this contractors information has been removed and was done so when he asked...we ask that Revdex.com close this case as it was un-necessarily made since his request was met while on the phone before he hung up on the supervisor

This is my second try with this company not the 3rd (why lie)? It's not fraud when a customer agrees to the terms of a service on the receipt that was sent to the customer clearly states that his first bill date would be 11/27/2016, and if cancelling to call before bill date in order to not be charged. also customer has used service 3 times once in 2013 once in 2015 and 2016. I have copied and pasted a copy of the receipt for verification

Customer signed up for the service on a 30 day trial, gave his credit card and all billing information when he signed up and was told that his bill date was going to be on the 27th of november 2016 unless he calls to cancel prior to that date, this is the 3rd time customer has used our service and...

he knows how the service work. as for not wanting the service I find that hard to comprehend since he gave the sales rep his credit card to sign up. customer stated that he forgot to call and cancel so there was no fraud involved
