Review: I hired this plumber to repair a leak and install new tub hardware. All was done, but the pipes, stems, and handles were installed incorrectly, were angled downward and not parallel to the wall tiles, so that the hardware of the tub handles were not flush with the tiles. The stems were not level, so the flanges or extrusions were not flush.When I addressed this with the plumber, he denied this. Yet upon asking two other independent plumbers to access the problem, both said that the handles and stems were not straight, hence the gape between the extrusions or flanges and the tile wall.Desired Settlement: I do not wished to be charged for the work on the pipes and handles.
