This letter dated Thursday January 28th and was received on Tuesday February 2ndThis letter is the first complaint of a deficiency since the home was reoccupied in June of Until this letter, the complainant who is now the wife of the owner who hired us to complete the rebuild of his home,
neither the husband nor the wife had made any attempt to contact our company to make us aware of the problem or the incidentAs a matter of courtesy, a phone call was made to the husband to understand the problem at handThe husband has already contacted the actual tile contractor that was hired to complete the tile work and no progress has been madeWithout any type of contact from the husband or the wife, how should we know that there is an outstanding issue to be taken care of? Due to the unbalancedness of the wife, contact will be limited to helping the husband move forward with the tile contractor responsible for the repairs

I am rejecting this response because:
My husband and I are both owners of
this residence and the contractor was hired from both of the ownersMy husband
made multiple attempts to contact the contractor to let him know about the
current issueWe also have multiple other issues, such as sewer issue as a
result of the build out, problems with some of the doors etcThe reason why the contactor
is not aware of these issues is because he is not answering his phoneWe
cannot get in touch with himHe did a poor job when he was hired and dragged
this work for year and monthsEven when his workers were supposed to be
here they were not, let alone now when he is fully paidHe also played some of
his subcontractorsHe did not pay them for their partThey were calling us to
complain about him being not responsive
The bottom line is that the
bathroom floor was not done correctly and as a result we had a mold situation
Unfortunately I found out I have a mold allergy and each time I use the
bathroom it is affecting my health
I cannot stress enough that we DO
NOT WANT to deal with Keith R*** and his company any longer and I strongly
recommend people not to use themI already informed many of my friends and
family not to use them and I will continue to do soAll we want is for him to
take responsibility for what he did and to pay us properlyWe will use another
contactor to fix the bathroom problem that was created solely by him and his
workersThe new contractor that we contacted is asking for $4,to make the
correctionKeith R*** needs to re-pay us $4,
