How many miles on the vehicle now ? where is the car ? is it drivable ? who told the customer that the transmissions go bad at that mileage ? are you saying the transmission was out of fluid ?
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
The car is NOT identical to the one I test drove. If it was why does this car not have what I stated in my complaint: FULL LEATHER SEATS, TOWING EQUIPMENT, REMOTE CONTROL ON REARVIEW MIRROR FOR GARAGE DOOR AND PULL OUT COVER FOR ITEMS IN THE TRUNK. If you look at the car I test drove and the car I received you would see these features are NOT in this car. I also had my 15-year old nephew with me that saw these items in the car I test drove, and they are NOT in the car I received.

I am responding to answer questions submitted by the business. The mileage now...
is at 152059, at the time of purchase it was 147739. It was repaired by Integrity car repair in [redacted] Pa. They are the shop that verified that there was no transmission fluid, what little bit was saved, is black with metal shavings. I saved the sample of fluid. The salesman that I went through to purchase the vehicle was the person I had talked to in reference to the transmission, Anthony C. he is the person that told me the transmissions on the Enclaves have a history of going bad when they hit that high of mileage. I hope this helps in understanding my frustration. I had sent copies with proof of no fluid to Anthony and the work order from Integrity. I was originally told that I would get help with half the cost of repairs, then denied any help. Thank you for responding. The vehicle she test drove is still there and I had it checked and she is still incorrect. She did drive the one she purchased and did not notice it then , It is way too late to change vehicles now after the car is titled and sales tax paid. we will add any accessory she wants at our cost if she wishes .
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I had this vehicle for almost 4 months when the transmission went bad. I did not deny that, nor did I deny that there was a 30 day warranty and I was offered an extended warranty, which would have added another $100 to my monthly payment. I had looked in the manual and it was stated that the transmission should not run out of fluid on its own. The oil has been changed but the transmission had already gone bad. Yet the oil change has nothing to do with the transmission, that would have affected the motor. Anthony is not going to tell anyone he said that, as he can suffer repercussions for stating that to a buyer. I have included the invoice with the proof that there was no transmission fluid in the transmission when Integrity received the car. I also have a bottle with what little fluid they could get, to show that it is black, not red as its suppose to be, with metal shavings in it, proving the transmission had been grinding, metal on metal. I understand that mechanics can make mistakes and forget to fill fluids after draining the old, but it is still the responsibility of the seller to fix the issues caused by that mistake. I had tried discussing this with Anthony, as to avoid the involvement of outside sources. I was getting no responses from anyone at the dealership concerning this matter. I was offered half of the repair cost when I had first called on October 6, 2016, then that was changed to $500, next I was told that it was going through their lawyer because they were told I had retained a lawyer, which has never been done. I had provided copies of the document in the pictures on 2 occasions to Anthony, which is what I had been asked for. I had done everything asked of me to get the help with repairs, yet was never contacted by the dealership.Regards,[redacted]
The customer purchased the vehicle on June 6th 2016 with 147739 miles on it had a 30 day 1000 mile warranty 50 % parts and 50% labor on the drive train .. She was offered to purchase a longer warranty but declined it . we did not hear from the customer until October until October 2016 after the transmission and 4320 more miles on it . there should of been an oil change before then and all the fluid levels checked . Anthony said not to have said that the transmission normally go bad .

the customer came back in and he was approved on a 2010 Jeep with 700.00 down but he wanted a Pick up truck that required a lot more money down.

The lender requirements are as per the Ohio law requirements . the lender has the final say so as to if and how much the down payment is .
