My husband and I were only in town for one night, but this place was AMAZING - I wish we could have stayed longer! We stayed Leilani's Room. It was spacious and the bed was ridiculously comfortable. There was a mini fridge with cold soda waiting for us. They also provide water bottles you can take home after your stay and there is a water machine just down the hall from the room. There is a TV and DVD player in the room and there is a large collection of DVDs downstairs that you are welcome to borrow. Page was incredibly warm and helpful. She gave us great suggestions for dining and things to do in the Wilmington area. It is located very close to Front Street and the Riverwalk area - it is an easy walk. We didn't even take our car when we went out for the evening and had a great time. Breakfast was to die for. People are not exaggerating about the pecan waffles - they were great. If you are looking for a B&B in the Wilmington area stop your search now and book a room at the Hoge-Wood House - you will not be disappointed!
