these guys were super friendly during the bid process but when it came time to do the work
it was excuse after excuse. when they finally showed up to do any work all they did was show
up and drop off a giant dump truck and a sketchy meth'd out guy to do dig up the space for
the first pad. (breaking not only my sprinklers but also chipping the hell out of my stairs
at the same time) when they came back to excavate the large pad they just dumped the dirt in
the yard and leveled it out instead of taking it away. months go by and they have left a
dump truck that takes up my entire driveway and keep giving me promises that they will be
here.. one day out of the blue they tell me the concrete truck is coming in the morning and
it does!. they pour and do literally the worst possible job. first off we had them pour 3
pads, 2 small and 1 large.. the front small pad was not leveled or graded properly so it
held water against my foundation. the second small pad instead of replacing the window well
as discussed they decided to put up some funky Masonite board and use that as a form but
not even that was done right so it was wavy and ridiculous. the back pad was the biggest pad
and it was poured as one solid piece, no reliefs. the pad was poured at not quite 4" which
based on the plans that we had discussed with them for it was completely inadequate. now
after all was said and done I contacted them for a couple of months trying to get things
fixed and each time they came out they made things worse. at one point the owners husband
came out with a 4" hand grinder and tried to cut reliefs in my large pad without asking me
and obviously it looked like it was done by someone with severe paulsey. the front pad they
did a skim coat but without grinding or even etching the bottom slab so of course it started
cracking as it dried... they did come out and replace the window well which I PURCHASED and
re-pour the part that they cut out. this was a circus from the start they didn't clean up
they dumped their concrete in my yard and on my driveway and its still there today.. upon
discussing it with vanessa it was agreed that they would refund me but that I had to wait
3mos for them to accumulate the money which was just under the year mark from the point we
started this fiasco. as you would expect that date kept getting pushed back because of covid
which I 100% understood and allowed.. they said end of June for sure and they were on target.
then they ghosted me, no communication at all. I am now in the process of filing complaints
with DOPL and a suit in small claims. I would NOT deal with these people on any level not
even to build me a sand castle!!! STAY AWAY FROM THEM BEWARE!!

After 2 months of frustration I had to find another contractor to finish the project. Without objection, this company agreed to refund me $2200 (half the deposit) for work they did not complete. It has been nearly 2 months since they said they would refund the money but they have a new excuse every time for why they aren't refunding the money.
