7/18/2014Dear ** ***,I am in receipt of a copy of the above referenced complaintThe complainant is in fact one of our delinquent accounts for the amount of $Unfortunately, her statements as laid out in the complaint are factually incorrectThe complainant received services at our
office on 2/29/but failed to pay the $copay due at the time of service in accordance with her insurers and our offices policiesOn 3/29/her insurer paid the insurance balance and provided us with an electronic remittance advice that confirms the complainants responsibility for the copay of $25.It is our typical business practice to send out statements for any balances greater than I enclosed a Statement report for the complainants account and it lists the first statement date as /8/While Copays are due at the time of Service, our accounting system lists the date of insurance payment as the responsibility dateGiven the responsibility date of 3/29/that statement would not have been listed as late or overdue, The complainant did not remit the amount due in response to that statementThe complainant received further statements dated 12/02/12, 10/16/13, 12/24/13, 2/3/and 5/1/but never remitted a payment for the balance dueThose later statement indeed contain our typical messages demanding payment of the overdue amountI may add that we have not charged interest or late fees on the delinquent balance and not yet sent this verified debt to our collection agency.As this complaint is based on incorrect Statements by your complainant, I object to the posting of any of this information on your companies website or any inclusion into our Revdex.com rating or reliability reportI will forward a copy of this response to the complainant along with an invoice for the original amount due,
