I am a father of living in a two bedroom town home provided by Fox Run, since we have moved in there have been nothing but problemsImmediately moving we noticed dead roaches on the walls that had been painted over in "preparation of us moving inThen from there we have had repeated plumbing problems, a fish washer that hasn't worked for two years, sinks that are constantly leaking, and an A/C that keeps breaking downThere have been times that our apartment reached degrees inside, with a newborn, and they did nothhing to fix itAdditionally, we have repeatedly place work orders and they seem to become lost in their system, or never put in the system at allIgnoring the legality of these problems, the fact that they do not show any interest in my children's well being, and always tries to turn it around on us saying it is our fault rather than just fixing it, is extremely upsettingWe pay our rent, adhere to the lease, why can't they?
