I gave my watch (brand ***) to the kiosk and asked for changing the batteryThe person (Mr***), changed the battery, but because he damaged the gasket, he couldn't close the lid
He said the watch was used!!!, while we purchased that brand new
He accepted that he can take care of that by tomorrow, we came back tomorrow, the person said that he was not able to find the right gasket and he should order that online!
After two weeks, (yesterday), he called me and said that even the ordered gasket doesn't work and he can not fix the watch! and I have to care of that
We I went to take the watch, finally he said that the gasket was damaged inside the watch (because of shipping or !!!) and he doesn't accept responsibility for the watch!
He mentioned that as the company *** needs the watch to be sent to the company to fix the watch and HE IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DAMAGE, I have to fix that myself!
I took the watch to another stores and all accepted that the first person, (
