All correspondence with this company was done through email, post office and verbally in the phone. I have emails with logo of company and address etc. My mortgage company , HFC , confirmed my suspicions that they had changed my acct to have everything sent to them so I was unaware that the account...

Review: Company was to get my mortgage refinanced.Supposedly got info.from courses you have to take when you file for bankruptcy. Encouraged me to sign permission to speak to mortgage company, changed all correspondence to them. Had me send them a certified check made out to "[redacted]" monthly in the amount of 875.62 which was to go into an escrow acct. They would send me a label for [redacted],all I had to do was put it into an env.and send. I was told I did not qualify for a "modification" cause my mortgage was 6mo. behind. Well as you can tell, all phone calls and emails go unanswered. There is nothing that I can find called [redacted] for escrows. It was supposed to be some type of legal group. Checks sent totaled 6129.34. GONE like the company. I worked with a [redacted] (patty works for the processing dept.)Desired Settlement: would like my money back and put them out of business so they can't do this to anyone else.
