We were talked into spending a whole lot of extra money for a deep cleaning to take out any odors, prevent tracking and a guarantee for days After less than a week we called back because the carpet was tracking already (no shoes allowed on carpet either)we were told someone would come out and take care of it That never happened We are now months into this and no response, no phone calls, no one ever came out to correct the problem Now we are told that it was a day guarantee and we have passed that time frame I guess it is the customers fault that they didn't call us back or come out to correct the problemdon't use this company they will come out and convince you to spend a ton of money and not provide the services they promise Definitely not any way to run a business!

This was the worst, most unprofessional business I have ever come in contact with. I called and simply asked for a carpet cleaning appointment, I was quoted $49 plus $2 a stair, I was happy to pay that. The technician arrives the following day (39 minutes after his one hour window). He walked in and saw boxes, asked if we were moving I or out, I told him we just moved in, he asked if I was renting, I then told him I bought the house & he began to tell me that my area was way too highly priced and I bought at the top of the market, he actually asked how much I paid for my house, he asked what I did for a living, how much money I made, and if the guy in the house was my husband. I was appalled. Then comes the service. Horrible. He tried to up sell me on EVERYTHING, telling me I needed spot treatment & deep shampooing which would cost $240.00 - when I was quoted $81.00. It has been 8hrs and my house smells like dirty water and carpets look the same. I am so disappointed in every way.
