I signed up with this company approximately 1 year ago and contracted with them to help me settle my debts due to health issues. I have had had almost half of the debts handled during this time period and will have completed this in about 2 more years. The representatives have always been courteous and compassionate; they are there to assist you and explain questions but you do need to do your part and save all communication. Credit Card interest was eating up our Social Security and pension checks until we found Consumer Credit Card Relief.

They have paid off one small card, & just negotiated a $14,000 + debt down to under $6000.
We are paying them less per month that just the interest on these cards, and they are making it work.
Also, when I call they actually know who I am, give me the info I need, and are friendly as well as professional.

I contracted with CCCR in early 2018 to help resolve significant balances of 3 specific credit cards. The accounts were addressed one at a time as they were with the same company. The first was resolved for a payout without additional interest over about 12 to 24 months it has been paid off in less than 12 months. The other two have also been settled with somewhat similar terms and are in process of being paid down. Overall the paydown balances were just over 50% of the original balances.

CCCR Customer Services has been very helpful as have their legal team in this process. It is not hassle free, but I could have never accomplished this on my own. I receive monthly statements to help keep me aware of progress and payments.

Negotiations of this type are never that easy, but I was not directly involved and it was relatively trouble free for me. Most documents could be signed online (e-sign), but a few required original signatures and Notary Stamps.

I would work with this company again if I required this assistance they have done everything they said they would do & are continuing to do so.
