I went to drop off my monthly payment of $for my credit card debt along with credit card statements on Friday (November 16) around a.m., four days before the due date of the 20thThere was no one there except someone else to drop their payment off or do business with the companyThey left as well after seeing there was no one thereThere were signs on the door that said that they had moved, but there were no addresses or maps to say where they had moved toI called and no one answered, and there is nothing on their voicemail that indicates they movedThere was nothing on their web site either (and today (11/19/18) it will not load or come up) or on the local newspaper's web site either about them closing, or no kind of mailing or call from them eitherThere is also nothing on their Facebook page either, but that has not been updated in a whileI left voicemails on their machines at different extensions on Friday afternoon and sent emails to a Kathy C*** (who was thei

CCCS is supposed to disperse my certified check among several creditors per our agreementMy check is due to them by the 20th each month and they make my payments approximately the 26th each month On November 16, I mailed my check to them for the 20th due date payment but on December 8th & 9th I received calls from a creditor that my payments had not been receivedOn December 10th I went to my bank to verify if the check had been cashed and it had not Next, I began to call CCCS repeatedly to no answer...just the same recording over & over (we are currently closed, our office opens from 9am-5pm Monday through Friday)At this time I decided to drive over to the office myself to inquire about my payment check and see why it had not been cashed and payments made? As I approached the front door there was a sign on the door stating that CCCS no longer is located in that building...no phone number, no new address and definitely nothing provided to me in writing or by phon
