I have authorized a refund to AA as requested. Please also be aware that on 11/08/2016 AA's initialed and signed our 2 page Service Agreement and Cancellation/refund policy. AA never cancelled her service in October 2017 as stated in her complaint, BUT in an email dated November 13, 2017. She also did not use our required Cancellation Form. In Oct & Nov after addressing each of the dozens of email requests/questions/personal correspondence from AA &/or her husband for specific data, we explained her specific data request with specific filters she was requesting was not available due to our source being slow reporting. AA confirmed this fact thru email that another data company she tried was also having the same issue. We did put her monthly service 'on hold' because we could not deliver the specific data AA had been receiving monthly for the past year. Our accounting dept thought it was a 1 month hold and charged her account, then quickly refunded the $102 charge. The other $102 is meant to cover the last 30 days once a customer cancels. However, I made an exception and authorized the additional $102 refund and to end any future business with AA and her associates. I would be happy to provide copies of AA's signed agreements from 2016 and/or copies of any and all emails/documentation proving there was NEVER any wrong doing, fraudulent, illegal nor criminal activity. In fact, I and my staff personally and professionally resent any implications. We have thousands of customers nationwide and are diligently working hourly to provide the best quality data with the highest customer service!!! Thank you for your review.
