Good Morning,
Thank you for the opportunity to respond to the allegations concerning the business transaction between Mr. [redacted] and Consumer Data Systems.
Mr. [redacted] entered into a contract with us back on April 17, 2014 and paid the...

initial  $ 200.00 administative fee .
In order to begin the process , he was to supply us with copies of his credit reports. when Mr. [redacted] attempted to obtain said reports he was unfortunately denied instant access online due to his information not matching their files. the credit reporting agencies then informed Mr. [redacted] to mail in a copy of his driver's license along with a copy of his utility bill so that they can verify his identity and release his reports to him.
as of today's date we have yet to receive any of Mr. [redacted]  credit reports  thus his file is currently on hold. as we can not begin working on his file without those reports.
I want to clarify that at no time has Mr. [redacted] contract been terminated by him or us, appearently he is under a false presumption of some sort as this has never been communicated to him by us and  we are still waiting for him to provide the required documentation so that we may proceed.
I have attached a copy of our  service contract minus the logo for your review, which clearly reflects that Mr. [redacted] has not yet been charged  or paid for any services.
our contract clearly states that services are performed before any client is required to pay for them  and that said adminsitration fee is seperate from the service fees.
the administrative fees are not refundable unless the client submits a written request to us to cancel the contract  within the  initial 3 days required by law . Mr . [redacted] did not elect to do. so unforturately we can not honor his request for a refund 2 months later.
furthermore, the contract clearly states that if any client has a dispute they are to notify us by certified mail and that we will attempt to come to an amicable resolution and if one isn't possible, the client then has the option to proceed through arbitration.
Mr. [redacted] filed a complaint through the Revdex.com instead of first trying to resolve his contentions with us first.
in closing, Mr. [redacted] still has the option to obtain our services. He just needs to advise us of his intentions within the next 10 days  and provide us with all necessary information and reports.
