I wanted to take this opportunity to tell of my experience with CDH. It was about 3-4 years ago that my credit was in disarray... I had lost my job, and found myself in the middle of a divorce as well. My bills were the result of what I could afford based on the salary I made. Since I wasn't working it became increasingly difficult to keep up with paying each and every creditor the necessary amounts due each month. Due to this set of circumstances I fell behind, and the calls began, and this situation became unbearable. I searched for a solution reaching out to several agencies, and found that almost all were as difficult to work with as the creditor themselves. I then contemplated filing bankruptcy as a last resort. During this time, I received a multiple calls from CDH [redacted] left many messages as I was under the assumption that they were probably just like all the others. One day my phone rang, and I answered...it was Mr. [redacted] We talked for a bit, and Wayne asked a few questions, and began to tell me more about CDH. He not only knew my situation, but explained how CDH could assist in helping me dig out of this hole. It was at this point that [redacted] offered to send me documentation about CDH, and how they were different from all the other credit counseling/assistance companies. I was amazed at what I was hearing, and even more impressed after reading the material as I knew they were there to help. I read over the documents, and signed on with CDH back in 2010. The process was detailed with excellent information, and a game plan was developed to knock each account one by one. CDH delivered as promised, and I was assigned a contact person ([redacted] Both her, and each of the staff were in contact with me every month to make sure I was in the loop on all of my accounts. If I had any questions or concerns either [redacted] or another member was quick to answer or assist.
It is now 2014, and the process has gone so smoothly that I am now debt free, and looking to repair my credit.
If you are in a credit mess, and wondering where or how you are going to get through this...my suggestion is that that solution is right here with CDH. They are here to help as I can assure you I'm indebted to them for there assistance, and understanding.
