*** * *** ***This company is being untruthful stating that Mr*** my husband insisted that I *** *** did not want my $refunded backThis is the reason for the complaint being filed as well as the representative *** *** unprofessional behaviorThey did reach out to us several times only to try to convince us to sign a contract to get the $refunded back, stating we agree that we would not file a complaint or a report to Revdex.com or any other agency if they send us back our moneyThey called me several times but trying to get me to sign a contract to get the $refundedAfter reading the contract and its entirety we disagreed and refused to sign the contract because we felt like we shouldn't have to sign a contract to received our money back. The company stated in this email that they sent us a check via USP with a tracking number ***I never received a check from this company yetI just tried to track the mail using the tracking number that was provided in this email and its showing status not availableit also reads "The tracking number may be incorrect or the status update is not yet available""Please verify your tracking number and try again"This is what I got when I check the tracking statusSo they are lying and that is very unprofessional for a company that is supposed to have great integrity when dealing with clientsAll we want is for them to refund our money we sent that is all we wantWhy can't they just do whats right and send us our money back? I don't understand itI have all the papers and correspondence if neededI also have a record of all of our conversations via line line and emailIf it was true I didn't want my money back I would have never complain to Revdex.com, Office of Federal Trade Commission as well as the State Attorney General OfficeI do want to receive a refund of the money I work hard to earn nobody gave it to me I earned it and yes I do want it back

To whom this may concern, Mr. & Mrs. [redacted] were referred to our law firm from FHC in order to help assist them in restructuring their mortgage early in August. We told the clients in order for us to start any work a retainer needs to be executed as well as a retainer payment. The clients...

never got us to the retainer agreement thus we were unable to start any work on their file. We reached out to the clients several times in order to refund their $750 but Mr. [redacted] insisted that his wife did not want a refund rather she wanted to file a complaint. A check was sent to the [redacted] residence on September 10th. Upon receipt of this complaint we voided the origional check that was sent out and sent out another check for the amount of $750 with tracking # [redacted] via UPS. Please note there is a signature required. Please see attachment for a copy of the check.

Mr. [redacted] retained our firm on 02/14/2018. His sales person was [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] received 2 consultations from two separate attorneys. Attorney [redacted] and Attorney [redacted] was not available to take the case and [redacted] was not available until first week of March. Mrs. [redacted] was only a last point of contact for Mr. [redacted]. Mr. [redacted] called everyday several times a day and spoke with several employees until the first week of March. Mr. [redacted] did sign a non-refundable retainer agreement and did receive 2 consultations. Both consultations were paid for by the company. Mr. [redacted] made unreasonable demands on a non- time sensitive case. Mr. [redacted] had and still has the option of continuing with counsel but is not entitled to a refund. I never signed a non refundable retainer and also my consultations were not paid for by the company I paid for my own retainer they said they would find me an attorney and the only two they kept mentioning to me were [redacted] and the other lady [redacted] told me if I wanted a refund I have to send an email stating that and I have the message where she told me that but that is false I never signed a non refundable retainer
