As mentioned in the previous response, the email address for *** *** was removed from our database on 08/29/She will never receive any sort of marketing communication from us again (after 08/29/16)We want to work with her to resolve the complaint and most importantly we want her to feel comfortable that she has been unsubscribed and will not receive any further emails from our companyIs she saying that she has received more emails since 08/29? Please let us know if that is the case and what is being asked of us at this point - we will be happy to complyThanks

I just reviewed Mr*** response. It doesn't appear to be resolved, Mr*** is seeking removal from our system and third parties as resolution. I want to make it very clear that we did confirm he is removed from third parties and has been blacklisted, all communications,will cease. Though Mr*** was not in our system, we did blacklist all the contact information he provided. This was completed during our investigation. I apologize if that wasn't made clearer in my response. Our team worked diligently to properly remedy this and we hope that since Mr*** request to be removed and never contacted again is completed, this is now resolved

I absolutely have never opted in to receive the spam. All these companies illegally mass spam accounts where they illegally data mined, purchased, or used 3rd parties to obtain email lists to spam in violation of US can spam laws. I challenge suited connector to provide proof anything was opted in form I know there was no permission given. I demand they cease and desist from ever emailing me directly or via 3rd parties. Per US can spam laws, suited connector is responsible for the 3rd parties and I will vigorously fight this illegal spam including legal action.

This email address - [redacted] was unsubscribed from our database on 08/30/16 and will no longer receive any messages. Our system is set up to allow a subscriber to receive a maximum of 1 email from us per 7 day period. We are concerned by the statement that the subscriber has been receiving...

multiple emails per day and would like to investigate this further. We are also very concerned about the statement that the unsubscribe mechanism at the bottom of the messages is fake. We have 100% real and functioning unsubscribe links in the footer of each message as mandated by the CAN SPAM act of 2006. We use 3rd party email service providers that guarantee that this functionality is present on every message. We would like to have the ability to investigate the claims about the unsubscribe not working and the number of emails received by this subscriber. If there is any way that some messages illustrating these issues can be forwarded to us that would be greatly appreciated and we will promptly investigate. Thank you.
