Anthony was a customer of oursHe called to inquire how to go about trading a car inHe was told what to expectNothing was heard back from himWhen his next payment was days late, he received a call from one of our CSR's inquiring about the payment, and he was upsetThe call was turned over to meIt was our fault for not noting that he called to talk about the trading the car inI explained that I have over 4,customers, and if a mistake is made and we dont note the account, it's difficult to remember every conversation I haveHe refused to tell us where he traded car and where we could expect the payoff to come fromHe was hung up on the fact that we didnt note the accountAll he had to do was tell us where and when payoff would be coming fromAnnoying to him that he had to explain it again, I understand thatBut it would only of taken him about seconds to tell us what we needed to knowHe became upset and got talked to, in the same manner he talked to usBottom line is, the finance company who sent the payoff the following the day, NEVER sent us the typical paperwork in advance of sending the payoffWe didnt note the account properly eitherAnthony's only mistake was letting his frustration boil into a conversation that should of never had to take placeI'm sorry he didnt enjoy his experience here, as its not a typical transaction that takes place at our business.Sent on: 1/26/11:31:AM

I am rejecting this response because:I feel the response I got I was completely irrelevant and fabricatedNo one mentioned or cared about customersHe remembered my name with no problem and that I owed him moneyBut when it came time for him to do a job he is incompetent and air-headedIt takes a couple weeks to draw up the paper work and get a check sentAnd proof that hes fabricating even more is that my origional carvpayment was due the 10(the day he called me) he got the check on the 11th, so I wasnt late even if I had to make a payment to himYou cant treat people like dirt, ***.I have call logs of us talking for over an hour and at the end I called to tell him that we were all finished up and I was signing the last of the documentsYou're damn right I didn't enjoy working with youYou treat me and probably your other people like crapI even seen you snap on your receptionYou're an evil person that needs to know just how *** they areSincerely,

Anthony was a customer of ours. He called to inquire how to go about trading a car in. He was told what to expect. Nothing was heard back from him. When his next payment was 9 days late, he received a call from one of our CSR's inquiring about the payment, and he was upset. The call was turned over...

to me. It was our fault for not noting that he called to talk about the trading the car in. I explained that I have over 4,000 customers, and if a mistake is made and we dont note the account, it's difficult to remember every conversation I have. He refused to tell us where he traded car and where we could expect the payoff to come from. He was hung up on the fact that we didnt note the account. All he had to do was tell us where and when payoff would be coming from. Annoying to him that he had to explain it again, I understand that. But it would only of taken him about 20 seconds to tell us what we needed to know. He became upset and got talked to, in the same manner he talked to us. Bottom line is, the finance company who sent the payoff the following the day, NEVER sent us the typical paperwork in advance of sending the payoff. We didnt note the account properly either. Anthony's only mistake was letting his frustration boil into a conversation that should of never had to take place.
