Completely On July XX XXXX iwent to [redacted] motors to check on my car repairs as I entered the office I saw a giant sign posted on the door License Revoked I became alarmed I spoke to two gentleman who told me to speak with [redacted] outside I asked him about my car he indicated that he was going to give me another car but I had to speak with [redacted] at CFS I noticed guys moving cars off the lot and moving boxes filled with documents I asked [redacted] what was going on he said business was changing name I then asked him for a receipt for bringing my car for repairs he said he could,nt give anything so I proceeded to take pictures of my car on the lot and and the first car was still on the lotA guy came out to tell me to stop taking pictures shortly after [redacted] told me that I needed to go to CFs to speak with [redacted] and [redacted] told another worker to drive me to cfc Upon arriving I told the employee [redacted] that [redacted] motors sent me regarding my car and to speak with ***After speaking with [redacted] in his office she said that they knew nothing about it and they had nothing to do with [redacted] motors [redacted] said she was my acctRep and she would look into it and call me on Monday September because that day they were closing out the monthI am still waiting for [redacted] ***, [redacted] Motors to contact me with any newsI believe I am given the run around and because all the employees that were at Ogden motors are no longer there to collaborate my account of the factsI am unable to upload pictures at this time Final Business Response / [redacted] (4000, 9, 2015/08/14) */ ON 08-11-THE VEHICLE WAS SENT OUT FOR REPAIRS TO A LOCAL SHOP AS IT SET IN LINE WAITING IT'S TURN TO BE FIXED BASED ON A BUSY SHOP SCHEDULECUSTOMER WILL BE CONTACTED AFTER THE CAR IS REPAIRED Final Consumer Response / [redacted] (4200, 11, 2015/08/19) */ (The consumer indicated he/she DID NOT accept the response from the business.) Due to the conduct of this business I do not trust what they say they are capable of making it up and or doing a bandage solution as I mentioned before I had my personal mechanic look at the car and diagnosed the problem if this is in fact true I would like to have my personal mechanic takcheck it before I take possession of the vehicle It has been called to my attention that this vehicle has been recalled by the manufacturer in Jan according to [redacted] there has been over a dozen recalls for this particular vehicle over a dozen, and investigations with over complaints filedIt is my understanding car dealer are not allowed to sell said vehiclesI recently received a letter from Depth of Revenue/Non-retailer use tax notice, indicating that the first car I returned is subject to tax because it was acquired by gift, transfer by private party or non retailer which is not the case.In fact when I picked up the jeep [redacted] said that we could use the plates from the first car until she was able to do the transfer and was told by la grange police when they were called because my car broke down on private property that it is illegal to drive with plates registered in another car these issues need to also resolved by the business Ogden Motors

My experience with this firm is to warn others of the unscrupulous, greedy business practices that go on everyday at Consumer Financial ServicesPredatory lending & loans with skyrocket outrageous interestGo elsewherePlease do not be a victim of these peopleThey use trickery &, underhanded methods of lending or loaning fundsI was talked to like a dog in the street in this establishmentThe owner of this establishment didn't even want to sit down in his office & talk to me like a manI wanted to at least explain my present situationI was rudely, abruptly &, immediately dismissedThis was not professional at all, coming from people that want to call themselves professionals

My clarification would be how was my car towed, when it should have not been touched in the first place, because his assistant accidentally put my car on the repo list,I was able to report the car stolen, which I have proof because the police were not notified that the car was to be re poed, I went
with out my vehicle for two days, no apologies, no help getting the vehicle back, I had to find the vehicle and go and get it myself,I missed two days of workAnd had issues at reliable recovery,retrieving my car, they wanted to charge me cfs told me to pay it, why? After I fussed and complained *** tells me to tell the owner, *** him with no black and white proof,his word is his bond is what he says, the owner of the repo facility says no paper work stating these facts no car so I stay there from to 2pm how is this ethical and or even legal,treated with no remorse, the situation not being my fault but yet cfs try's to drag me through the mud financially

I currently have a title loan with Consumer yet, I have been unable to locate a valid contact number for them. The 317-359 phone number is no longer in service. I have searched using every possible means, yet, still could not find a valid phone number for this business. Very poor customer service. Short of via mail or driving to the physical to speak with someone in regard to my loan is just ridiculous.

Predatory lending & loans with skyrocket outrageous interest. Go elsewhere. Please do not be a victim of these people. They use trickery &, underhanded methods of lending or loaning funds.
