Please note that while we do not believe any wrongdoing occurred, consistent with our strong commitment to customer service and superior results, we would like to take this opportunity to address the Complainant’s issues Please note that in accordance with the attorney client privileges that
exist, we must omit certain relevant facts in this response. We empathize with Complainant’s frustration in the processing of her *** case by *** (Certain government agency)Further, we regret the fact that this governmental agency is unreasonably delaying adjudicating Complainant’s case, but will affirm that this is through no fault of CLG. We understand this is a sensitive matter and therefore strive to provide peace of mind to all CLG clients by way of regular updates. We pride ourselves on our customer service and have incorporated thorough procedures within our practice to keep clients well apprised of their case, including but not limited to monthly case-status calls and text messages. Moreover, CLG offers all of its clients the ability to request in-person or telephonic appointments with its staff members. CLG appreciates and understands the Complainant’s frustration with the length of time involved in her case. To properly service our Clients, CLG thoroughly conducts its due diligence in order to process the filings in a professional and timely manner. However, many factors affecting the length of time involved are outside of CLG’s control, as we are dependent on governmental agencies to review and respondComplainant alludes to filing mistakes and errors by CLG in her matter. This is categorically untrue and discussed with Complainant. CLG has at all times made Complainant’s file available to her for review. There were no mistakes made in her filing; CLG procedures dictate a thorough review of any filing made before governmental agencies by multiple professional and diligent staff members. This in order to avoid any complications or delays on CLG’s behalf. Throughout its representation, CLG made diligent efforts to convince *** (governmental agency) to quickly adjudicate Complainant’s filing. However, *** has delayed this matter for reasons unknown to Complainant and to CLG. Nonetheless, CLG remains ready, willing, and able to offer Complainant any information related to her matter. Complainant has been kept apprised of all relevant developments and has invested a substantial amount of time working on Complainant’s case. CLG truly has gone above and beyond in our effort to provide Complainant an excellent client experience at CLG. CLG maintains a culture of client satisfaction, and as a result, CLG has a stellar reputation in the community we serve. I believe the foregoing position has now been made clear to Complainant, as no mistakes whatsoever were made. Should Complainant wish to discuss this matter further, our offices are truly always open to our clients as well as to all members of the community we service
