I filled with this company for debt consolidation. Job belding Told me to pay $200 down and $100 a month and every thing would be fine. So I did The creditors still called so I called them back had a hard time getting a hold of them. Finally got a hold of someone they said they fixed it but after a week still all the creditors calling.So after I saw Revdex.com it was a D rating red flags started going up and I called again when I told them about there rating they got mad and said they fixed it again. So after another week I called and cancelled cause no money went anywhere except legal fees but after 3 months and 4 hundred dollars nothing was ever done except I went deeper in debt and lower credit score.

I have been trying to get them to remove a bank account from my client portal because they keep charging it monthly, and they said the last payment came out in February from said account but it did not It has come out every month except July because I "skipped a month". They stated it was removed but everytime I log into my student portal, it is still there

I paid this lawyer $1075.00 to help me get out of debt. I cancelled expecting a full refund and got $350.00. They put me further in debt and did nothing to resolve my issue. Called one of the creditors and when I asked them if they got a letter from the lawyer they knew nothing about it. Everytime I call no one answers and have been missing there call since 04/22/2019

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.

On July 13, 2018 we cancelled services with Phillip Sellers, PC. We were told we were entitled to a refund of $1002.50 which would arrive in 6-8 weeks. We received said refund in the form of a company check on September 4, 2018 and deposited it the next day.

On September 7, 2018 we found that we were charged back for this returned item, and charged an additional fee by Bank of America. I stopped into our bank today and was informed there were insufficient funds to cover our refund.

The months of this "company" doing absolutely NOTHING in regards to credit repair, resolution or negotiation was bad enough, but to fraudulently misuse monies we faithfully deposited with them every month and send a check knowing it would not be covered is disgusting.

We are requesting an IMMEDIATE refund, via CERTIFIED FUNDS in the amount of $1002.50. We are awaiting the legal copy of the NSF draft from our financial institution: Bank of America. We have been told we should receive it in 3-5 business days from the date of chargeback (9/7/2018).
