Each payment we tried to draft from [redacted] was returned for insufficient funds Some how there was a mix up with her payments and drafts were made that should not have been we refunded [redacted] $for NSF fee, she never made any successful payments to our company and we will not be sending her anymore money

I never made any successful payments however it was because of their mistake, not mine. Yes I did receive $70.00, but that does not cover all of the feesand I do not feel that did anything for me as a client and am farther indebt because of their mistake. They mispoke to the funding company telling them that I said that both companies were "a scam" ( I never made that statement to anyone) now the lending coming will not deal with me and I tried other debt releif companies but the too work with that lending company, thus I have been forced to file Bankrupcy

We have settled half of *** *** accounts and she has been advised of each of these settlements, she still has payments left and has not completed the program We are still in negotiations on the remaining of *** *** account and if *** *** had left the funds in her savings account
and continued with her final payments we would have been able to complete the remaining accounts When a client withdraws their funds from savings and stops making payments we are not able to move forward with negotiations on accounts

This has been by FAR the worst experience I have EVER, EVER had with a company. They claim that they will help you resolve debt with quick loans amount was $4,993.73. I gave them their fee of $1,498.12and was able to pay them the amount that they said would take care of my 5 quick loans. They settled 2 and it's now been 1 1/2 yrs and NOTHING. I get the run around everytime I call and now have to keep detailed notes and tell THEM what the last step they said they took. Their favorite catch phrase is "we just sent them a settlement letter" and then it's followed by they have 30 days to respond. SO I mark my calendar and call back 31 days later to get the same response. B[redacted] (whom claims to be the call center supervisor) is a snide little man and talks down to you like you are dirt. When I asked to speak to his boss he says he's it. I said to refund me the money I paid for their "service" he said I would need to submit it in writing and MAYBE the accounting department would refund me but that was at their discretion. I told him of my intentions to call the M[redacted] General Attorney and he was so kind as to offer me the email address.
So if you find yourself struggling to pay back quick loans and feel like there is now way out....DO NOT ....repeat DO NOT look to CLA (Consumer Legal Advisors) to be your savior-they are more like leeches that have zero intent to help you. btw -it was very easy to find out who the owner is of this shady business...

I am rejecting this response because:
I have received no proof from CLA that ANY of the accounts had been settled. Absolutely no statements were sent out to me indicating that any of the 5 accounts I had listed in the program were settled. After repeated requests for this information in the form of phone calls,  emails and voice mails. Payments were stopped because I no longer felt comfortable paying them for services in which they could not provide any proof that they were actually performing. I want the remainder  of my funds back. CLA had been paid to date over $2300. I have proof of this from [redacted]. I feel that this amount was more than sufficient to settle most if not ALL of the accounts. I am asking for proof in writing of any accounts settled and the remainder of my money refunded back to me. I will agree to pay a reasonable administrative fee for their efforts. If they cannot provide me with documentation of the settled accounts, I request to have all my funds refunded to me.

Review: I contacted [redacted] payday loans, who put me in contact with Consumer legal Advisors. I had a contract with consumer legal advisors and gave them all of my information. I was contacted by [redacted] payday loans and was told that I had NSF in my account. I checked my account and there were no transactions. This occured twice. I then contacted Consumer legal advisors and asked if they had the correct banking information, (they did not) I corrected the information and was told that My information had been confusedf with another [redacted]. I then received an e-mail from Consumer legal advisors that the finance conpany [redacted] was canceling my contract due to Non Sufficient Funds. The next weeek I got a notice from my bank of an overdraft fee attributed to [redacted]. I contacted Consumer legal Advisors and was told I needed to contact [redacted] myself. By that time I had another notification from my bank of another overdraft fee and an extended overdraft fee totaling $105.00. I contacted [redacted] and they got back to me the next day stating that My information and another person's were switched by Consumer Legal Advisors and that I would have to get the fee's reimbursed from Consumer legal Advisors. I spoke with ([redacted]) from consumer legal Advisors and was told that they would only reimburse me for $70.00 (which I have not received yet) due to the fact that they did do work for me. I felt that was unfair because [redacted] cancelled me because of their mistake. They would not budge. I did inform them that I would be contacting the Revdex.com about the situation. I have yet to receive a check even for the $70.00 enough though I have sent e-mail requesting a response. I spoke with [redacted] from [redacted] Payday Loans and was told that both companies have blocked me due to the fact that I told them they were a scam. That is not true! I never mentioned Scam to anyone. I understand that mistakes happen we are only human, but they did not help me infact now I am out an additional $105.00 and the pay day companies are coming at me full force.Desired Settlement: A refund of $105.00 and an apology

Review: I applied to this company in August of 2013 was told by rep my 3 accounts I was trying to settle would be settled by October 2013. So I proceeded with them auto debiting my account they took 3 payments but then a third party company they use closed my account and returned a very small amount of the money I had paid. They kept the rest stating it was fees owed. I called my rep "[redacted]" he swore he would get this fixed and it took over a month and many phone calls for this to happen. There was then another account opened and they took 3 more payments. Then the 3rd party company closed my account again. I once again received a very small amount of money back but they kept the rest as fees they were owed. I called [redacted] again he promised this would be fixed wait for a couple weeks then called back demanding a supervisor. Was told she would call me back never did. Spent the whole next day calling every hour demanding to speak to the supervisor was finally transfered to [redacted] she promised this would be resolved by November 30th 2013. She stated she would have [redacted] her best negotiator get right on this and he would call me back the next day. He did but had no resolution. He stated he had a couple companys giving him fits and needed to work with them. He explained he would call me soon with the details. This was November 13th. Today I still hadn't heard anything so I spent my whole day trying to reach this [redacted] and promised he or [redacted] would call me back. No one ever did so I called and called and called over 39 times today to be told they were not going to be able to work with me with the previous conditions they promised. I explained they already had over $500.00 of my money and never did anything for me I have done all the leg work and been made false promises since the beginning. This company should be know as a scam artist and anyone who does business with them will regret it. I don't agree in suing companies but I can't believe I fell for such a scam.Desired Settlement: I want my 3 accounts paid in full and apology from ALL involved and this to be off my credit report due to lack of work on their part for the fees they have already been paid.

Review: THIS COMPANY CLAIMS TO BE HELPING PEOPLE UNDER STOP MY PAYDAY LOANS BUT THEY ONLY TOOK MY MONEY DID NOT HELP ME AND NOW THEY WONT REFUND MY 800.00 THIS IS MY RENT MONEY THIS COMPANY ALSO LIED ABOUT WHO THEY ARE THEY CLAIM TO BE Consumer Legal Advisors AND STOP MY PAY DAY LOANDesired Settlement: I WANT MY 800.00 DOLLARS BACK THEY ARE RIPPING ME OFF IM ALSO CONTACTING THE STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL

Review: I enrolled with this company to consolidate my payday loans into a monthly payment that I could actually afford in trying to repay these debts. I had one payment of $234.52 deducted from my checking account on 8-30-13. This payment was made through a 3rd party agency called [redacted]. Out of thie $234.52 payment, fees totalling $169.82 were frontloaded to Consumer Legal Advisors, leaving in my [redacted] account, a balance of $64.70, with nothing having been paid to any of the 7 creditors that I'd listed as far as being included in this debt consolidation/repayment plan. I'd recieved an email from the HR department of my employer, telling me of a fax they'd recieved from one of those 7 creditors, stating they were going to garnish my wages. In informing [redacted], the senior paralegal from Consumer Legal Advisors, I was told by her via email that she'd be faxing a letter to my employer, telling them of the wage assignment laws in Utah, which she never did really fax to them. I sent several emails to [redacted] expressing concern as to why I was told this letter would be faxed to my employer, but had not been as I'd been told. I receieved zero replies to ANY of my emails expressing concern. I also contacted some of my other 7 creditors listed to see if the cease & desist letters that I'd also been told would be sent to these creditors had been received, in which they had not been, & was also told by some of my creditors that they'd had zero contact from CLA in regards to my debt. On 9-6-13 I decided to cancel my enrollment with their program, due to not feeling they were doing the things in contacting my creditors as I'd been told they would be. I feel that this company may have illegally frontloaded their fees for the $169.82 without providing the services they'd said they'd done. I am requesting a refund of this $169.82. On 9-6-13 I also closed my account with [redacted], and being refunded $54.85 of the $64.70 I had left in my account after CLA frontloaded their fees.Desired Settlement: I am desiring a refund of the $169.82 be put back into my checking account by ACH payment, just as it had been deducted by Consumer Legal Advisors and their 3rd party firm [redacted]. I would be ok with [redacted] needing to deduct their $9.85 maintenance fee from this $169.82 being as they were just the 3rd party doing the collection of payment, but I don't feel that the services from CLA were done as I'd been told, & do not feel they deserve payment for not doing so.
