refund and he said that due to the majority of the file being complete their was no need for that. I have been harassed and threatened by Ms. [redacted] and at this point it's beyond the business dealings. The contract she signed CLEARLY states that a refund is ONLY issued if NO accounts are removed. She has admitted in this complaint that accounts have been removed but she is unsure about the remaining accounts that did get removed due to me refusing to communicate with her after she made several threats to me and my business in which I have police reports and voicemails to prove. I continued working on her file but chose to do so through her boyfriend at the time because he is way more civil then Ms. [redacted] This complaint is false and just an additional means for Ms. [redacted] to harass me.
Please show that you have 24 accounts via invoice. I charge by the number of accounts which at the time was $50 per account. If you paid $800 in which you stated in your initial complaint that means you had 16 accounts 16x50=800. If in fact you had 24 accounts your total would have been $1200 not $800(again what you stated). You are NOW stating and admitting that Mr.McKay paid $350 of that and that 8 accounts (that total to $400) were in fact deleted. So is this dispute over $50,$800,or $400? Again this is a form of harassment from Ms. Jones because Mr. McKay IS NOT requesting a refund for $350 and services were properly rendered according to contract.
