Consumer beware! I sought help for CLAlegal.com aka "Consumer Litigation Associates" and the experience was terrible! My initial contact was with *** as an intake legal assistant who held on to my documents for weeks without action. After visiting the office [she was unavailable] then emailing|calling numerous times she finally returned my call, citing she was sick. Next, I made more attempts and she finally sends me an email that my documents were forwarded to an attorney. Eventually, I get a call from an attorney named ***. He always sounded disoriented and disconnected from my matter. I was instructed to provide information for his action. I sent an email to him that I had requested the info. *** called me 48 or so later telling me to hold off that he needed to speak with me. Another 48 passed and *** called to tell me that his firm could not help me and the COVID-19 crisis had them swamped. I am warning the public based on my experience. CLA wasted my time for weeks and then just dropped me. Consumer litigation firm that treats consumers like ***!
