dateIn general terms the Client represented that fraudulent charges had been placed on their credit cards prior to contacting the firmWe agreed to represent them and disputed those charges on his behalf to their fullest extentThe firm also provided legal representation if any court action was filled during his contract period and continued services on that action to its conclusion even if defending the action even if it exceeded the two yearsThe clients claims in his complaint are not accurate and do not describe what happen in this case

Review: This company expressed that they would be able to help me with my fraud case because someone committed fraud against me. They stated that they would be able to go after [redacted] to stop them from pursuing a lawsuit against me as well as go after [redacted] Back, after having checked my fraud report, stating that [redacted] had committed 14 violations against me; therefor, they had a viable case as they stated they knew how to proceed with success. In other words, they said that due to the banks violations against me, they would be able to fight for me and win. I signed up for a payment plan of $265.80 first payment following $277.36 for 24 months, a down payment of $300 and additional fees in excess of $500 in exchange for their services. I am filing against this company because it has now been 9 months since the two year period ended for them to help my case; they charged me throughout the entire two years but there has been absolutely no resolution as they promised; also because I have contacted the company in the past to no avail of any sort of resolution. For example, I finally was able to speak to one of my case workers, a certain [redacted] to which he stated that my case was looking good, that all would be okay and that I shouldn't worry. After that conversation and noticing that all was not looking good, I attempted to speak with [redacted] again and I was given the runaround by a now receptionist stating that they do not handle the cases and that they can only leave messages as they are simply only a calling center. Moving forward, in the past before speaking with [redacted], I called everyday for a two week period among many other times when I called, and they did not answered my calls, return my calls, or give me any update on my case. Another example includes the company constantly switching my case worker from [redacted] to [redacted] to [redacted] as mentioned above, giving me the runaround with each case worker and there was never a resolution.Desired Settlement: I am frustrated and I feel helpless because in the two years that they were to have helped me, I have paid over $7,000 for a service that has not been given to me as promised. This company has not proven to me any of the results that they promised they would give me. They have lied to me about their services, and essentially committed a scam because they lied about their services, threatened that if I did not pay monthly on time, the outcome would be even worse than the frauds committed against me and they have cheated me out of my money, time, and they took advantage of my vulnerability. I would like the entirety of the money that I paid them returned to me for a promised service that has not been given to me. Please help me with my case. Thank you, in advance.
