I ordered a product from MedHelp and have been trying to get a return authorization per their website instructionsSimilar to people filing the other complaints, I have reached the desk of the president (also the customer service desk) and left numerous messages, but have not received a call backThis appears to be a delaying tactic, especially since returns are not allowed after daysMy return requires a discussion, since it is an unopened item, that if opened would not be eligible for return and I therefore need the authorization This is very unprofessional behavior at best
