Review: CMS has fail to respond to my questions re guarding my student loan many times. Now in my last pay check on 07/05/13 my paycheck is now has a garnishment of $208.98. per paycheck. Having a wife and new baby of 11 months I just can not pay this? CMS will not email, phone me . All I want is some direction, guidance in removing or lowering this amount. College has done nothing for me as to increasing wealth. Now this year I will become a senior citizen. The agent I started with was [redacted]. He is the person coaching me to use CMS services. The certified letters I have sent was received by agent [redacted] in requesting CMS services. I have received no response from their emails ([email protected]). This is why I sent certified letters! I am in desperate state now and I really need to know what to do!
