Review: Order 2 large shirts, 2 extra-large shirts. I received 3 large and 1 extra-large shirt. Contacted company 5+ times, have been ignored each time.

I ordered 2 large shirts and 2 extra-large shirts. I received 3 large and 1 extra-large shirt on Saturday, January 25th. I contacted the company by email 3 times and by phone 3 times during January 27th to January 31st, none of which resulted in a response from the company. I was requesting either a replacement shirt or a refund and I have received neither or a response from the company. They refuse to answer their phones or return messages left and they are not responding to email.Desired Settlement: I am seeking either the extra-large shirt that I actually ordered or a refund for the price of the shirt, plus the shipping and handling fees associated with the shirt, the total being $12.30.

Review: Placed an order with Consumer Merch and have not received order to date which is one month and they have not replied to my emails or phone calls.

On December 20, 2013 I placed an order with company in the amount of $99.65. It is now January 24, 2014 and I have not received my products. I made two attempts to phone the company and left my number for them to contact me but they have not returned my call. I have tried emailing the company and they have not returned my email. I tried filling out the question form on their website and they have not contacted me about it. My order ID for the merchandise is #[redacted]. I paid with my Capital One MasterCard.Desired Settlement: I would like to either receive my merchandise that I ordered or I would like a full refund in the amount of $99.65 credited to my MasterCard.
