Almand Brothers contacted our concrete distributor to go out and look and the stepsI emailed *** *** to let her know that someone would be contacting herThe representative sent me an emailing stating he tried many attempts to contact her but were not able to reach herThe concrete
distributor contacted Almand Brothers and told us the issue with the steps is from using saltAlmand Brothers always recommends to apply sealant to the concrete to protect it but customers refuse

rejecting this response because the issue has not been resolved.  I am still waiting for a representative from the concrete company to contact me to set up an appointment to look at the concrete.  In conclusion, there has been no resolution as of yet even though I am hopeful that things are moving in that direction.

A representative from Almand Brothers went out to the customers house to look at the problem. We contacted the concrete company to have one of their representatives go out and look at the issue. Once I have an answer from them I will contact Ms. [redacted].
