This company did not settled all debts to all my creditors. They have stated that they will me responsible for negotiating with all my creditors and will negotiate to lower my debts. Upon completed my monthly payment of $208.50 for two years. My debts still not been paid off. Unfortunately, this month of May, 7months after I completed my two years agreements they are asking for another additional 7 monthly payments of $208.50, as I have no funds to pay all the creditors. If I would not sign the agreement to the additional 7 payments, they will stop their services with me and advised me to negotiate with my creditors.
Please do entrust you Debt Relief Settlement with this Company. They have located in Irvine California, and most of their Representatives are Filipinos.
I consulted with this company and let them handle my credit matters. I have signed to pay $208.51 for two years and completed my payments. The total I owed from the creditors is just only $4773.00. I thought after I paid my two years payments ended 11/2018, everything would be settled. But to my surprised, I got a letter today that they are asking another set of payment of $208.50 for 7 monthly payments. They stated that they have no enough funds to settle the remaining of my accounts. Total payments that I will pay them would be $6463.81, but I owed only $4773.00. I would not recommend this company to anyone, based on my experienced with them. Please forward this to everyone or you will regret doing business with them
This company is not to be trusted. My case has been going on for 4 years now unsettled eventhough I have done and completed my payments with them for 2 years now. I have been given the run arounds and multitude of delaying excuses which is truly frustrating. My credit score has dived so low due to their inefficiency since I am the one ending to be the delinquent creditor due to their non payments on my accounts..I will definitely seek legal actions.
This business called my elderly mother and used scare tactics to try to get her business. They told here that she will be sued by her creditors and lose her house. That they will come to her house, knock on her door and try to collect if she didn't so something now to stop them. He scared her so bad she shared her SSN# with them over the phone in order to start the process. This company is disgraceful and dishonest. How dare they call people and use scare tactics via telemarketers in order to try to garner business.
They are worse than the collectors! Avoid at all costs and never, never give your SSN# over the phone to anyone!
This was a complaint done by a son, whom we had no contact or communication with. First of all his mother called our program. His mother was behind on all payments and was covered in debt so we explained the consequences of not paying your creditors. The results of default in payment are lawsuits, collections, liens on property and wage garnishments. We are an honest business, helping thousands of people get out of debt. We have been in business for yrs and have a very high success rate. This could've have been simply resolved if the son had contacted us directly to know how we do business to help his elderly mother instead of making assumptions. We take pride in helping every clients financial hardships. For the past 3 years we have had ZERO complaints. There are always 2 sides to every story.
