This contractor was contracted to build a carport in April The carport was built, but had leaking issues in December He returned and made a repair to the roof after the snow was gone I again contacted him in December to inform him that the carport roof was again leaking He informed me that he would return to repair it, but has not done so I wrote him in February and again in April to remind him He has not returned to address the problem I wrote him an email about three weeks ago and gave him days to correct the problem He has not responded to the issue with the carport The damage has gotten worse over the time it has been leaking There is black mold along the trusses and white mold where the osb sheathing meets the trusses in several locations There is standing water in the middle of the roof when the snow melts Some of the screws aren't seated against the roofing The roofing is shorter than the edges of the roof and the rain water
