To whom it may concern,This letter is written in response to complaint # [redacted] filed against our company by Joan [redacted] Ms [redacted] originally contacted our company and placed an order with a salesperson by telephone for our services on 10/7/At that time, Mswas informed that she would be billed for our services monthly until she contacted us to cancel her service, which she could do at any timeThroughout the term of her service, and lastly on 5/23/with myself, Ms [redacted] contacted our company with various queries, including instructions on how to log into our site to receive serviceThe last time we spoke, her concern was addressed, with the conversation ending courteously, and assumed to be resolvedShe made no request to cancel her service during our call, nor contacted our company since until we received the complaint from the Revdex.com.Although we feel we have fulfilled our terms of the service and have done our best to assist Ms [redacted] , we prefer to resolve the complaint and have issued her a refund for the preceding year of serviceThe total amount we have refunded is $611.76.If there any question or concerns, please do not hesitate to contact me at the address above, or the telephone number below.Sincerely, [redacted]
