As an independent contractor who has worked for CSA for about ten years, I've found Noelle to be caring and trustworthy. It's the nature of this work to run into out of the ordinary situations, and always I have found Noelle to be available and easy to work with. She has been appreciative of efforts to address unusual circumstances, and the first to acknowledge work related efforts. For the occasional difference of opinion that would be usual over a ten year period, she listened, considered the facts, and handled constructive criticism well; and made good faith efforts to resolve differences so there would be mutual satisfaction. I would not hesitate to refer friends and family to CSA, and am confident that they would be fairly and well treated.

Consumer Service Analysis, Inc. (CSA) makes secret shopping in Hawai‘i much more enjoyable. Most other companies are not based in Hawai‘i, so they do not understand the little nuances that are inherent in our lifestyle and ways of doing things. I say that 'I was greeted with a smile' when I "get one local nod of the head" or the shaka sign (not the normal emoji that means 'Call Me.' No other place in the world would accept this as the same thing!
The staff has been very easy to work with. When I'm not sure of the instructions, questions asked are answered quickly. Some jobs are self-assigning while others are given with consideration to rotation and locale (and seems to be done fairly).
I've had reports returned back to me for further information or clarification. I am not afraid to question their questions and we've challenged each other. I've made suggestions to tweak the assignment criteria so it gives both the shopper and the customer a better view of the scenario. The owner is very receptive to these suggested changes as it could offer a better perspective and paints the better picture for both sides.
The bottom line, however, is their customer needs fair and honest information from us, and it is our job to provide them the narrative of what transpired yet ambiguous enough to remain incognito during our assessment and not to give our identity away even with the words we use to report back our findings. Their editors work with us to get this painlessly done.
I currently work with about 15 other companies as well, doing 'Secret Shopping' to evaluate theaters, hotel staff, food quality at fast food establishments, and waitstaff at fine dining restaurants. I have been working with CSA for at least 5 years now and have done hundreds of shops for them. I've always felt that it was much nicer working with them because they are small enough to treat their auditors (us) and customers with more ohana than anyone else.
I've been treated fairly and always paid on time. I treat them with the same respect through the assignments that I turn in. It has been a pleasure to work with CSA and I hope to continue to do so for many more years.

After working for CSA for a couple months, the owner Noelle C, tried to *** me out of pay. In addition to this, it took five communications over a span of two months to get paid travel expenses for previous work I had completed. Noelle has proven herself to be untrustworthy and unscrupulous. She consistently mislead me and was too cowardly to even tell me she was going to *** me. I only found out after I questioned my work statements. It took several communications with her to finally get the money I was due. Moreover, on more then one occasion, Noelle tried to verbally change the rules in our contract. On these occasions, Noelle only acknowledged she was wrong after I called her on it. I finally got paid everything I was owed but only because I stood up to her and called her out on her . I do not want anybody else to have to deal with this unscrupulous business and that’s why I am filing this report.

has been
paid in full. He was also paid $24 in travel expenses, after verification that
he qualified for the reimbursement. The client has specifically requested that
he not be utilized for any future projects. *** had a constant line of contact
available through phone, email, and text, which was answered regularly until he
became aggressive and verbally abusive, calling me pathetic. This complaint was
filed on the day he got his final payment, after calling me a coward and
telling me that I "thought he would go away".
