Review: Notice looks like a form letter wit no specifics on the debt except a dollar amount, and the request settlement amountDesired Settlement: I will not pay for an anonymous collection notice, this should be a better explained collection, or it is considered a postal fraud.
Review: I am receiving unsolicited correspondence from this company's "Client Negotiations Department" designed to appear as official credit bureau crisis intervention notices captioned "IMMEDIATE RESPONSE TO THIS 2nd NOTICE REQUESTED" - the letter provides my approximate credit card balances and a "proposed" settlement offer. The letters do not state that it is an advertisement/solicitation for services. I am an attorney and it concerned me enough to call my banker, who confirmed it was a scam. I am concerned that if I can be duped in this manner, more vulnerable consumers will be scammed.Desired Settlement: Stop the deceptive practice.

Sincerely,
Review: I received a letter in the mail from this company. Stating that my response to this letter was required immediately. Stated that they could settle the amount I owed for a lower price. I was not aware of any debt that I had in this amount. When I called the number associated with the letter and spoke to someone this was a letter trying to sell their services as a debt consolidator. I informed the person on the phone that I found this letter very misleading in a ploy to get me to call them instead of providing me the information of what they wanted I. The letter.Desired Settlement: I would like to have them discontinue this practice of misleading consumers in a way to get them to call them.
