I love the Smart Credit APP It has many great features that help you control your finances Customer service is also great as well, hold time is typically under minutes Knowing your credit score and having unlimited updates is HUGE!

I signed up for the free trial with collection shield and smart creditI was u see the impression based on their terms that I could cancel online any time and if I was not satisfied I could get a refund for the first payment t if requested within daysI have looked all over the site and there is no way to cancel my cars was chargedI reached out via their online customer service "contact us" requesting to cancel and receive a refundI keep getting a generic "call this number to cancel email" the number is only manned before 5:pm and I am unable to call before thenI tried reaching out via email and they just keep sending the same message back

Summary: Both accounts were closed. A refund of $was provided to Mrs*** and the outstanding balance due on Mr***’s account was waived.

The member is over year outside our refund policy? We have no record of the member communicating with us prior to October 17, ? For this reason, no additional refund will be provided

This
letter is to inform you that we have reviewed the complaint from Mr. [redacted]. 
 
We
are not a fraudulent company.  We have
been in business for over 10 years with very few complaints. 
 
Mr.
[redacted] called one time on October 13, 2014 at 8:48 am PT.  They...

held for 10 minutes and were transferred
to our voicemail line (as are all members). 
At that time, the member left a voicemail message.  Mr. [redacted] seems misunderstand why we offer
this as an option to our members.  We do
this out of convenience and respect to our members.  We understand that holding for more than 10
minutes can be inconvenient to them. 
We call them back at the requested phone number.  In this case, we returned the member’s call
in less than on October 13, 2014 at 12:41 pm PT (less than 4 hours).  The account was closed and refunded as
requested, the amount of $9.95. 
 
In
regards to also going by [redacted], this is true.  We do not try to hide this fact.  [redacted].com was our main website prior
to the development of SmartCredit.com.  SmartCredit.com
is powered by the [redacted] platform. 
This is stated on our website.

The member is over 1 year outside our refund policy.  We have no record of the member communicating with us prior to October 17, 2016.  For this reason, no additional refund will be provided.
