Review: We ordered a wedding cake and they delivered a cake that was falling over, frosting was melting off and the cake topper that we bought from them was the same size as the 3 tiered cake and she didn't put the topper on because it would have made the cake collapse. No piping or anything on the cake. I called her as soon as I walked into the reception hall and sent her pictures. I talked with [redacted](owner) and the most she would do was give me a refund for the wedding cake. She never admitted that she made a terrible cake and tried to give me excuses for why the cake frosting had melted. Later in the evening the cake did fall over. They didn't put stabilizers in the layers to keep it straight and they made the wrong size cake. Too many mistakes and no accountability for it.Desired Settlement: I paid a total $653.00 for my daughters wedding cake, topper and 2 sheet cakes. She said she would send me a check for $185.00 which is the wedding cake only. I said a total refund since my daughter didn't get once picture of her cake.

*It is never our intention for our customers to be unhappy with us and/or our product. We did screw this one up, and gave a FULL refund for the cake that the customer was not happy about . The remaining balance was for other cakes and products that were consumed and even praised by the customer.
