I contacted them regarding Engineered Hardwood Spoke to Sales person *** He sent pictures and there was one I really liked I was specific I DID NOT WANT a product manufactured in ChinaI was concerned about Formeldahyde He assured Canadian lumber, Canadian company and they pass Canadian standards My husband went to the store to look at the sample and called me from there (kids were sick so I was home) Again told him my concerns did not want Formdahyde product again assured not to worry Husband put deposit on a product for the whole patch and he said more coming in January I had asked for Company name of manufacture so I could do research He refused and I initially thought it was so I could not compare shop it Anyway couple days later (have email to support) I emailed *** said I was still concerned about the off gas and Formdahydethat night we spoke on the phone my husband and contractor also on call and we told *** we had strong sensitivities int he house***
