I had an amazing experience with Consumers Choice It started with the sales rep and his estimate, right through to the installation and the finished product The company as a whole is a very well run organization and I was happy to do business with them I will return for another installation next year and I look forward to that experience as well

In the summer of I contracted with Consumers Choice to do a replacement of all my windows and sliding doorThe sales rep was very attentive to my needs and took detailed notes as to what was neededThe technician/installer then came in and verified all measurements and requirements that was given to him by the sales rep(you know the saying " measure twice, cut once")The technician/installers were very professional, timely and friendlyI would recommend them (and I have) to anyone who is thinking about doing window replacements

I had a window and door replaced by Consumers ChoiceThis business cracked my floor, stood on my flimsy kitchen chair to fix a problem at the top of my kitchen window they were putting in and broke it...instead of getting a ladder which they clearly neededThe installers were reckless, knocked my kitchen light off and broke it that is over my kitchen sink and a foot in front of the kitchen windowThis is my first and last experience with Consumers Choice and would not use them again

During on occasions, I contracted Consumers Choice to install windows and new patio doors in the rear of the main and second floor of my home, along with concrete window sills in all windowsThis was an expensive venture and in I will do exactly the same with the front main and second floor of my home

Our Brand New FRONT DOOR is very welcoming when you enter house.Our door has 2 sidelights and a beautiful design front door. The exterior colour is sandstone which matches our garage door to perfection and the interior white, which seems to brighten our entrance way. From the time that Alex our sales rep and to the staff of Consumers the ease of obtaining and installing our door was done with expertise. We are very happy with our new door and it has added curb appeal to our home.

I had several estimates for my window project and found Consumers Choice to be the best value. My sales representative was very helpful and knowledgeable in deciding what would work best for our house.The job was completed when promised, the installers worked very hard and cleaned up after they were finished. I am happy to report the overall experience was very positive.

Approximately 10 years ago we had most of our windows in our home completed. When we decided to replace our bay window and basement windows we investigated our options of companies. It was only after we agreed to contract with Consumers Choice we realized we used Consumers Choice for our first installation. This was a perfect choice for us because we have been very happy with everything on our first installation. Installation was completed on schedule even though it was right before Christmas. We did not experience any heat loss as the installers were efficient and completed the job in such a timely manner. We have already spread their name around to the neighbours. Oh and it's fantastic we were able to pay through our Consumers Gas monthly payment. So happy to have all our windows completed and confident they will look as good ten years from now as our existing 10 year old windows look today! Grant and Denise

I am actually written to talk about the great service I received from Consumers Choice. I had bought a few basement windows from them and there Staff did an amazing job installing them. They had this very nice installer come out and did a fantastic job that when I looked at the finish product it left a smile on my face. Everyone from the Salesman to the people in the office and there Install team did a great job. In the Spring I am having my other windows done, and I will be having Consumers install them for me. good job keep up the good work!
