1.) Mr*** responded only about the This Week newspaper that's delivered on Thursday. My DO NOT DELIVER demand applies to BOTH the This Week and the bundle of advertising in a plastic bag called "The Bag" that's also delivered weekly and on a different day than the This WeekFor example, today The Bag was here Tuesday AMIt does not resolve the problem to have a manager come on Thursday to check on the This Week if a The Bag gets delivered earlier in the week2.) My experience over the last several years has been that when I call and tell not to deliver, delivery stops for anywhere from weeks to months and then starts up again. So in my view, it can't be concluded that the problem is permanently resolved after following up for a couple of weeks. I appreciate his apology and I'm sure his efforts are sincere, but this is about making sure as delivery people come and go that the Do Not Deliver is followed forever, not just for a couple of weeks which is what they already manage to accomplish

The District Manager has spoken previously with the customer.  After that discussion, the Manager has had additional verification that delivery was made.  Attached are the photos from the 9/25 and 10/2 deliveries.  We are unsure why the customer is not receiving the product, but we...

are certain that it was delivered under her mailbox.The District Manger has attempted to contact the customer.  Once we hear back, we will see what additional actions can be taken.  We are always looking for new contractors and will happily talk to the customer about this opportunity when she calls back. Corey E[redacted]Alternate Product Manger
