Dear ***,In response to the aforementioned complaint, the complainant was given every piece of information he requested about the vehicle, including detailed pictures of the vehicleAlso he was informed of some minor visible damage, scratches and the such, items that we would not be able to
fix, but were to be expected on a year old carHe was also urged by the salesman to come and look at the vehicle himselfHe said he had all the information he needed with the *** report and the pictures.Our inspection of this vehicle, showed it to be in good condition, mechanically sound and safe with good tires and brakes, and passed our state inspection, with no evident body damage, deep scratches hail damage, rust, or peeling or blistering paint, the tell-tale signs of poor previous body repair.To be clear, at no time did we do any kind of body, or paint work of any kind to this vehicle.Any previous body repairs that may have been done to this vehicle were not evident and or concerning to us as to the overall safety, or integrity of the vehicle.In our estimation this is a clear vehicle in good running condition with low miles, and lots of appeal, due to its look and desirability, and also its price rangeThere is not many nice comparable vehicles in the market.The complainant's accusation that we held back information is not trueHe was provided with all the information we had, including a ***, noting that we, as all customers rely on *** to give us a bit of history on vehicles, and this car's *** was clean.As for his request to renegotiate the price of a vehicle he already purchased and received, he is correct we will not be threatened or black-mailed, or held hostage by his threats of "GOING LIVE" as he put it, and writing negative remarks on various websites to try to defame our business.JohnPre-owned Manager
