I've been attacked by both these outfits repeatedly - and they use the exact same tactics
This tells me they are *** of a parent company in Mississauga
MsT.'s "Contact Resource" outfit is real, real fond of going behind your back in court in a vain attempt to scoop a 'default' order - based on the presumption that you *** 'never showed'
They've tried this 'technique' on me no less than times, each time claiming they 'served' me with proper notice - when they never have Not once

They do this on purpose to increase the chance of getting an order so that they can seize your CRA monies, slap a lien on any property (which is highly unlikely, given that most of the *** are in their state because of poverty), garnishee orders, etc
The last time they pulled this stunt (in - of which I did not find out till I checked into the civil suit section of the courthouse on a whim in - to discover they pulled the stunt AGAIN) - it was thrown out because the courts no longer allow plaintiffs to file then 'proceed' via telephone or video conferencing They HAVE to be physically present or have a legitimate representative present
This puts a real dent in their free-money scheme
Before this legislation, all they had to do was sit in their office in Mississauga and file online
Then they 'appear' via telephone or video conferencing
So their little money-grubbing *** was well worth the effort, given there was little cost
Now they would either have to travel all that distance to attend court, or pay a representative to do it for them
