Working with Contact Restoration was a true nightmare They botched the flooring, literally ruined $1,worth of tile then blamed the tile Every professional I've shown the work to, which includes a State of AZ contractor and head of interior design at a prestigious design school, says the tile job was botched They also trashed my unit and then wanted to "cash out" and walk away after months with no flooring and having trashed my unit, including damaging a brand new stone fireplace They also tried to take the cash for line items that my insurance company said was supposed to go to me These people have no integrity

We recently suffered a flood from the roof at our Cabinetry manufacturing facility in Tempe. We got in touch with Contact Restoration. They were quick to get to our location and get to cleaning up the mess. Contact handled the clean up, the back and forth with the insurance company as well as reassembling our office area back to working order again. We have since added them to our vendor contact list so that Heaven forbid, we have another situation we need their help with.
