Review: This is a credit repair business. They have been around for many years. Now, they have just disappeared. Have my initial money, they did some work. But they kept disppearing for periods of time. Then they had not been responding for months to emails or voicemails. Now it appears their phones have been disconnected. I say they, but its really just on e person, Art C[redacted], I don't believe anyone else works with himDesired Settlement: I would like to get my money back

But the question is, what can do with a P.O. Box number for an address out there, even if been there a long time. Can't file small claims suit with just a P.O. box number. Can't track him down, though seems like its right there

Any help appreciated.

Review: I signed a contract with this company around the begging of APR/2015 to clean my credit report , I payed him from my AMX card on 4/*/2015 the amount of $ 595.00 and after that he started to collect a $27.00 at the begging of each month, he didn't provide any service to me yet and he's phone number is out of service for about 3 weeks and he is not accepting any E-mails, I sent him an E-mail but that E-mail got back to me for a delivery frailer

Review: I signed up for credit repair service with Contact USA in August. I pad my initial fee. In the last two months, they have just disappeared, they have not provided the service, they have not responded to any emails and all three of their phone numbers do not answer and indicate that the voicemail is full.

I have contacted the [redacted], who initially sold the services to me on the phone multiple times. I have contacted him 5 or 6 times on the email we previously communicated on. I have called him at least 5 times on the phone numbers we previously communicated on. And I went to his linked in page and sent him a note. He is nowhere to be found, and it is not possible to contact anyone at the business.Desired Settlement: Initially I wanted my money back. But I need my credit addressed, and they took all my materials and information 3 months ago and I don't have time to now start at beginning and find someone else to do this. So I need them to do it complimentary now, alternatively, to return my money with damages.
