Review: I purchased a pair of shoes for $54, then exchanged for a pair that where $64 and paid the $10 difference. Upon wearing them once, they deteriorated. I wished to return for full refund, however CONTACT only does exchange. The supervisor told me I could do an even exchange, but I did not have time at the moment so I asked for a store credit. He started to write out the credit, but reduced it to $54 saying he was taking 10% off because I wore them. He was extremely hostile, and regardless of them being worn, shoes should not deteriorate like that and I should be rewarded the full amount I paid. He told me to speak to another supervisor and stormed off.Desired Settlement: A full refund, not even an exchange, as this is not appropriate customer service and I do not wish to do business with an unprofessional company.
