On 9/29/I went into Adams Furniture & Mattress to purchase a queen size bed, when I was approached by the owner AndyHe showed me a few sets and I settled on a Queen size extra firm mattress which he advised me that if came with the box spring and frame and so I paid $right then through my debit and he scheduled delivery for the next day, which it was delivered on timeTwo weeks later I had major lumps in the mattress and I took a video and went back to the store on 10/13/and showed it to Andy He advised me that I had a 1yrwarranty and that he would replace the mattress by 10/21/When it was delivered I would sign the papers because he sent a super soft mattressI went into the store on the day of delivery and the first thing he said to me was why wouldn't I sign the papers and I told him because I wasn't happy with the delivery and I asked him why didn't I get what I paid for and he said that's what the company sentWithin a few days I couldn't sit on the sid

I have a credit on my account and they will not refund my credit. I purchased several thousand email credits and they will no longer provide their services. I can't use the credits I bought and they will not provide me with a refund. Desired SettlementI would like a refund of my unused credits, that's all. I paid for them, they won't let me use them, and they won't refund to me. Business Response Contactology is an email marketing platform which allows users to capture email signups on their website, manage their lists and increase customer engagement through sending relevant, opt-in email campaigns. As of 2/13/14 the account in question is active and available for use as it has been since the customer first opened the account. The customer can create campaigns, manage contacts, download historical data, etc.. Email sending for this account has been disabled pending satisfactory resolution of several deliverability/SPAM related issues. These issues can harm the deliverability reputation of our other customers if not dealt with promptly - all of which is outlined in our Terms of Service. We've attempted on a minimum of three occasions to work with this customer to resolve the issues which date back to early 2013. We pride ourselves in being a very customer friendly company - much more so in fact than many of our competitors. However if a customer violates our Terms of Service and refuses to address the issues resulting in increased costs for us and potential harm to our other customers, we reserve our right, per the Terms of Service this customer agreed to, to refuse refunds for a service. We welcome the opportunity to help this customer address their deliverability issues.Final Consumer Response I think the statement that the account is available for use as of 2/14/2014 is misleading. The primary purpose of the service is to send email campaigns and I cannot do that. Yes I can view reports and manage lists, but I can not send email to the lists. Again I have pre-purchased credits to "send" emails to the lists and that is what they are blocking me from doing. I understand they do not want to allow me to send my emails to my lists through their service even though my emails and lists are [redacted] compliant. What I don't understand is that they will not refund the credit on the account. When they say they have tried to resolve the issue, their proposal has been to build a new list through a double opt-in procedure. My proposal to resolve the issue is to refund my payment and we can move on our separate ways. Basically I signed up, prepaid a bunch of credits, used the service, they shut my account off, and then won't refund my money, they just kept it. I just don't think that is right. Seriously, I don't want to use their service, the business relationship is damaged and I just want my prepaid balance back. Is that really a lot to ask?Anybody else out there thinking of using Contactology or who are using them now, I would just be careful not to pre-purchase credits. Business Response Contactology strives to be a customer-first company. Our goal with this customer and all customers is to guide them to be the best email marketers possible. Our refund policy is designed to reinforce that goal. That said, we want to wish this customer success in email marketing and will process a full refund for them immediately. Consumer Response Hello, this is [redacted], the complainant. This case has been successfully resolved. Thanks for your help in this matter.
