The Customer was called immediately After talking with the customer, arrangements were made to service the container right awayThis service was then confirmed with the customer Following that a route audit was conducted to assure the stop was routed properly for regular service

supervisor as well as the safety director about the incident. Within 1 hour, Container First Services had a clean up team on site. At that point all clean up was performed and that clean up took approximately 3 hours. At no time during this time frame, were we notified of any incident with any vehicle. The next day a person by the name of [redacted] called and explained they had hydraulic splattered on their vehicle. He told us that he had already had the vehicle washed. We did not have the opportunity to inspect the vehicle. The owner of the vehicle ([redacted]) sent us a copy of the invoice of what he had done to the vehicle. He had the hydraulic oil removed as well as a PH bath and an exterior detail. Sense Container First Services did not have the opportunity to inspect the damage, we agreed to pay for the hydraulic oil removal as well as the PH bath which came to a total of $165.00. We did not feel we should be responsible for a detail of $250.00.

Review: We have a dumpster on property for trash pick up and it is suppose to be picked up every week according to contract they have not picked up for two weeks we called and the lady that answered the phone was very ugly said the truck was broke down the first call and we said the busines a half mile up the road you picked up and she said I can 't help it if the driver did not want to drive the half mile and called again and she got very ugly and hung the phone up in my face. Called back again and they will not answer the phone and will not call back from the messages. If they don't want to pick up I told them to come and get the dumpster and we will get from another company and they will not come and get it. We want it picked up immediately

Review: One of their trucks busted a hydraulic oil line in front of my parked car. Long story short, the company is only paying for a portion of the cost to have the car cleaned and back in the condition prior to the incident and is unwilling to provide their insurance information can so I make a claim for the remaining balance due for the repair. I have provided them with a receipt from a detail company that did the work.Desired Settlement: Pay the remaining balance of the invoice that has not been paid to me. (About $210)

Regards,

Review: Yes well first of all I'm only complaining of not receiving service after my bill has been paid. I'm over the road truck driver and for a few months had Forgotten to get my bill paid normally I pay my bills online or over the phone. Well when I realize That I overlooked a bill I call them immediately and pay my bill in full no problem. Well after that I called them and he requested my dumpster to be dumped because my trash is overflowing and they kept giving me excuses saying the truck was broke down, we will get to you when we can, it's not a guarantee, we're going to do the best we can this and that but in the meantime my dumpster was overflowing with trash. Normally I would talk to you a lady named Cathy T[redacted], she normally helps me out because she is the supervisor for that sector. But when I called she wasn't in so I asked to speak with her boss and her name is Beth Krause. She informed me that she would rectify the situation and call me back and let me know the outcome. Well she call me back eventually and I missed a call so then I call her back she simply answer me and said that she called the office that takes care of the section where I live and she informed me that there are no guarantees and that they will get to me whenever they are able to. By the time I was fed up I was very upset that they kept giving me excuses saying I was on a credit hold I was on a credit hold but that was in the past and that whole situation has been paid in full and I pay my bill all the time and I was up to date and I don't know anything, the fact of the matter is that is that my bill was up to date and I did not receive the service that the contract promise me and I got very upset and I told her that that was unacceptable and that I wanted to talk to somebody else that was going to help my situation because I'm still stuck with a trash can with overflowing trash. Beth K[redacted] suggested very rudely and unprofessional that I select another service to deal with my trash situationDesired Settlement: Just dump my trash as agreed in the contract. Just give me the services that I pay for. You not supposed to give your customers lame excuses why you can't provide a service of a business that you're apart of that's unprofessional if one of your vehicle's breakdown then a business should have a mechanic or a second vehicle or anything to keep the business running because they are based off of working for the customers. So they can gain revenue. Then I supposed to find any excuse and every excuse to rectify the reason why they haven't provided a service like I should have that's unprofessional that's just somebody trying to make up an excuse on what I didn't do something they promised to do unfortunately we have rude unprofessional people in this world that portray being polite nice and honest when it comes to customers that are paying for service that they are saying that they provide. The bottom line is are the customers asking for too much when they agree on a contract to do something

Unfortunately, Mr [redacted]'s bill was not paid on 11/1/ 2015 when it was due. The account was not put on credit hold/stop service until 11/24/15. At this point the account would not be serviced until the account was current. Mr [redacted] did call the office on 12/12/15 and paid his bill by credit card. The account was immediately release for service and was serviced the next day that we were in the area which was 12/21/15.
