[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] *** [redacted] Hi ***,Thank you.Here is my corrected responseI am rejecting this response because: The response from the owner has several inaccuraciesThe person who did the initial treatment recommended bi-monthly and one person even recommended quarterly treatment and never was monthly treatment recommended on any of the visitsA Customers employment has no bearing on the complaint made against Action Pest Control but the number of years stated on here is incorrectNever was I disrespectful to Leslie the manager whom I spoke with on 8/10/In fact it was the opposite The manager, Leslie, was very defensive which I believe is what caused her to interrupt me while I was trying to explain my concern and get a resolution to the problemWhen I said I was told that there was a day Guarantee Leslie laughed and said "we don't give guarantees we call it a day Warranty and that's not the same"The definition of a Warranty is a written guaranteeAll Leslie wanted was that I pay the $monthly maintenance feeThat is not customer service nor is it communicationI asked her several times to allow me to speak without cutting me off So I just hung up Nothing in my conversation with Leslie was disrespectfulIt was Leslie, a manager, being very rude and disrespectful to the Customer that had a genuine concern and problem Communication is key to any resolution of a problem and that just was not happening with LeslieShe only wanted me to pay the additional $We didn't expect our home to be treated for free as we had already PAID the initial fee with a Warranty/Guarantee that was never satisfied as the ant nest is still aliveI had a total of appointments and NEVER was I told at the initial appointment nor at the other appointments that this was not in the scope of their type of pest control or pest extermination that they doYou would think that in one of the appointments that I scheduled I would have been told on the phone or when someone came out that they don’t treat carpenter ant nests in a flower bed that is touching the block of the homeYou would expect a pest control company to know that you would need to destroy the carpenter ant nest first, as per other National well known and reputable pest control companies state on their websites and not from our many years in Real Estate but from a Customer doing research and making phone calls to other pest control companies, otherwise there will obviously be ants continually coming into the home which would require the additional “monthly” maintenance fee that they chargeEven without research or "our years in Real Estate" any person would know that if you don't kill off the nest then there will be an ongoing issueAnd again, if that is not in the scope of work that Action Pest Control does then that should have been stated when they initially came out to our home and was paid the initial fee of $plus tax Or on one of the other phone scheduled visitsOr before they asked for the 2nd payment of $The complaint is in regards to the work not performed according to the day WarrantyAnd Leslie's latest response is her making this about a personal issue where she was insulted that I asked her several times to allow me to speak and not interrupt meThis should be handled in a Professional manner and that is why I was forced to contact the Revdex.com Regards, [redacted]

[redacted] was sold an initial treatment for Carpenter Ant (30 day warranty) and a monthly maintenance treatment was recommended for $50+tax per month (30 day warranty). [redacted] concern is not with the structure we were hired to treat, but with the ants on the exterior of the structure in her flower beds and yard. Her 30+ years as a realtor and her husbands 30+years as a contractor qualify her to make management decisions for our company and my 23+ years of experience and company policies (ODA license to treat structures only) mean nothing. When I said I was told that there was a 30 day Guarantee Leslie laughed and said "we don't give guarantees we call it a 30 day Warranty and that's not the same".
