4/16/- On this date, [redacted] ***, the owner of the auto mechanic shop on [redacted] Thomas Road in Phoenix) told me, outside of court, (in front of his wife (?), [redacted] AND my friend/witness), that "the Regional District Manager(s) of [redacted] Phoenix, ( [redacted] and [redacted] *at NAPA on [redacted] Thomas Ave.), were laughing at my complaints." Just letting you folks know, that these are the type of people you are dealing with when you come in to get your car "fixed" and not being happy with their service or lack of serviceThey laugh at customers' complaintsI replied to [redacted] ***, "...if they were laughing at my complaints then why did they (corporate) give me your full and last name?" Previously, [redacted] was hiding his last name and only signed as "***k" in his letters to me Yup! These people are very shadyThey are not reputable at all! The reason, we all were outside of court because they were being suedWould you think that laughing at a customer's complaint is professional? (P.SI will be sure to write a review about the auto mechanic shop owned by [redacted] and run by [redacted] , the manager, too)
